Second Try due to ridiculous "prove your a human requirements"

Mike: Bought your book through the Amazon link. Wonderful information and writing style. Unfortunately, many pictures are undecipherable and the text looks like a 14th generation photocopy. The front page wasn't bound and was just smashed in place. Is there any way that people who bought the book can get a PDF copy? Seriously, it's hard to read.

Ken,

Sorry to hear about the problems. The Amazon printing has been pretty much problem free. Let them know about the damaged book and they will replace it.

If they don't make you 100% on the book then let me know and I'll send you a new copy.

Sorry, but there is no PDF available.

I returned the old book to Amazon, received the new copy and it is PERFECT. There is a night & day difference. Problem solved.

Ken,

Very glad to hear that! Amazon does a good job on customer service.

Thanks for letting me know, both about the problem and that it was solved!

Mike
